About Us

As the world progresses into 21st century, the built environment has changed from conventional buildings to mega size projects. Countries are trying to prove that they are capable to build higher and gigantic size buildings, challenging the limit of fire safety, building regulation requirements, as well as construction technology.

Conventional construction materials of dense and stable with fire resistant properties, however cumbersome and slow, they are give way to modern construction materials of aesthetic value consisting mostly of glass and steel. Most interior finishes are developed from synthetic materials that are economical and easy to work with but mostly are highly combustible with toxic fumes as by-products of combustion.
